Click herNed ran his cobblers shop in William Street for many years until around 2005, when he retired aged 87 years young. As a boy, I remember loving going to Ned’s shop with its wonderful smells of leather & glue, its tools & machines he used in shoe & leather repairs and to experience his sense of fun.
